Caffeine neither does aid in pregnancy nor has a proven role in miscarriages

Anything which is in excess is surely harmful though it’s not proven

Caffeine should be consumed in proportion of 1/2 -1 tablespoon daily and not more than that

Hi

Yes a lump in the breast is not a good sign until it is thoroughly evaluated

I would advise you to go and get it checked by a gynaecologist to get a sonomamography done

It might be just a fibroadenoma but needs evaluation
