Q. What kind of individuals are suitable for IUI?

Answer
Team member of Dr. Shweta Shah

For IUI u need to have Fallopian tubes tested either by HSG or Diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy or SSG

The best is diagnostic hysterolaparoscopy amongst the three

If the tubes are open then are a candidate for IUI

Also in the male partner the minimum  sperm count required is 10million / ml for IUI sucesss rates

Also in cases of unexplained infertility which means the male and female partners have no report which is abnormal

These are the basic requirements

Also I have a blog on my website on IUI  and Unexplained infertility please go through it for further details

I would like to know your age ??

Also how long is your flow anything between 2- 7 days is normal

Have many pads you soak in one day ???

Do you pass clots ???

Regarding cramps

They start 3-4 days before your expected date of periods ????

And reduce after the bleeding starts or it continues or gets worse even after the bleeding start

if the cramps are such that they cause u too much of discomfort , that u have to take off from your work or routine activities or u require to lie down during first two days of your periods

If u are experiencing any such issues , please seee a gynaecologist for same

For home remedies I have a post on my instapage drshweta.social

Hi

Yes a lump in the breast is not a good sign until it is thoroughly evaluated

I would advise you to go and get it checked by a gynaecologist to get a sonomamography done

It might be just a fibroadenoma but needs evaluation
